You can cleary see him yank his hands away from the cop whos trying to put the cuffs on him. Tasers were invented to prevent physical altercations. At that point he was resisting arrest. Then after they tase him his " elderly mother" who doesnt look to be over 30 becomes compative when they try to make her get back in the car.
Both the pepper spray and tasers were JUSTIFIED
On a side note the commentator is a jacka*s

Rediculous!!
I lost count, How many Cops were involved in that Kangaroo Court ? At least six, to take down one guy, who apparently passed the sobriety test ? I've never been a cop, and if I were, I wouldn't be too proud of those guys. Just my uninformed opinion. S/F!! Ken

It makes me think the officers who pulled him over aren't too confident in their abilities if they called in 4 other officers for assistance with 1 suspected DUI and his mother.

A: That wasnt his mother. B: He didnt pass the sobriety test, the commentators just an idiot. C: If you look inside the car, theres 2 other people besides the "mother". You have to assume the worst, and assume everyone of those people is going to act like a jack ass at the same time. Plus it was probably a slow night ;-)

You are correct CQB. I love it when people who have never been a cop in their lives think they know how to do police work better than the cops do. If they took some of their "better ways" out onto the street, an ambulance or the medical examiner would be picking them up before the night was over.
Sad.

Is any of this getting through to you? While yes, Marines have a very dangerous job for 6-8 months at a time. Police officers fight a different war everyday they go in to work. And american "civilians" have still managed to get ahold of AK-47's. Because who knows, one night a Police Officer might have to go up against one of US who have gone off our rocker.

@CQB0316
So you justify the Cops to be judge, jury and executioner? That is a lame argument
Those Cops were just plain being bullies and abusive

@CQB0316
That still does not make your argument valid. Your argument is based on 'feelings' in a Macro environment vice the micro feature shown in this thread
