    Good workout?

    Everyday i do 100 Crunches, 100 push ups, 25 pull ups and run 1 mile.

    Is this a good workout, or should i be doing more?

    1 mile?? Take the tampon out. Im 32 and run 3-5 miles every mon weds fri, every day I do anywhere from 200-375 crunches/variations, Push ups inclined, reverse incline, diamonds, and claps, sprints, and other x-training exercises. We hold a fitness bootcamp on weds and sat for the public as well. Yeah, you might want to step your game up, way up or your going to have old men like me making you look bad during pt
