    ATTENTION all 1142s. I need your help!

    I am working on a MEP 805A that has recently had a wiring harness and actuator replaced, with the actuator at full fuel there is 12 to 13VAC coming straight out of the MPU, I receive 0.6 VAC at TB4 and at the A5. I am not able to control the voltage or frequency with the potentiometer and I receive 20 VAC out of the load studs. Also the S14 contacts are not closing in the A5 and so A5 T20 is not receiving potential and nothing after that. Would not receiving the current from the MPU cause this? Please help and give some advice.
