Do any units that you know of actually utilize the CCI (Combat Conditioning Instructor) or CPTR (Command Physical Training Representative)?

Also, I'm plagued to see that not many of the places that I have been to have actually referred anything to this order and it's guidelines for PT, other than the obvious CFT/PFT guidelines. That being said, does your unit follow it?

It's not so much of a complaint as it is a concern. It is not so much as me being affected by it but rather the combat readiness of Marines that I see, which only begged the questions that I posed.
