    Roger that Sgt..did a 4 mile jog with a Kevlar vest weighted down..to around 20lbs..legs where burnin like a mother around 1.5mi..but I jogged it out..good lord know I went numb to the burn for a couple mins..But NO PAIN NO GAIN...

    Question from a female potential recruit

    Does anyone know what my goal should be when/if I ship off to bootcamp? I am a 5'7'' female. My weight right now is within limits, though a tad on the heavier side.

    And what will happen to my body shape when I go to bootcamp? Will I be toned or ripped or skinny or just plain same as I was?
