MCT compared with boot?

What is MCT like and how does it compare with Recruit Training physically? Is it a little more relaxed, with more "free time"? For instance, can you bring a cell phone with you or anything? I think I've heard enough boot camp tips to last me a lifetime, but most people don't talk about MCT/SOI.

Also, what is job school like? My MOS is 3531 Motor Vehicle Operator, will my job school be mostly technical stuff, or will I still PT a lot?
