    Issued Dress Blues

    I graduated Dec of 1990 and all of us were issued dress blues and National Defense (Firewatch) ribbons/medals.

    Back in the day, I was kinda glad I never got issued blues. Once they are issued they are also required, and inspected when the ever popular JOB came to town.
