Not a "real" winger, but one of the proudest days in my life was when I was declared and "honorary" member of my Dad's WW-II squadron, VMB-613.

Then returned in 1980 to WTS-37 MWSG-37. I had started my career with this unit in 1984 retired as there Maintenance Chief in Hanger 297.

    I was with MWSS-274 as a 1345 from 96-2000.

During that time, I hooked up with a MEU (26th MEU SOC) for a Med-float and deployed many times supporting various exercises (CAX, WTI, Roving Sands, Battle Griffen in Norway, Blount Island Command in Norway caves, and local hurricane and downed fighter support.

I then went on to several squadrons as a Career Planner (VMGRT-253, VMA-223, MAG-14 HQ, MWHS-2 2nd MAW Career Planner)....

The Air Wing was very good to me...it was a LOT of work, but I can't imagine working with a better group of people....air or ground, it doesn't matter...Marine's are Marine's

I was with MALS-31 GSE from '88-'96, I'm sure you broke some of our gear. Do you remember who your GSE rep was? Denis Craft was with 451 during the Gulf War.

Question Looking For A Few Fellow VietNam Era Marines

I'm trying to locate either Kenneth A. Stubbs, Third Battalion, Platoon 385 graduating from Parris Island on 11/7/72 or Ted Kozen (Kozan?) who was in Okinawa during 73-74 (not sure of his attachment).

    I was with H&HS 28, MCAG 28, 2dMAW MCAS from 1972 to 1975.

Any help is very much appreciated.
