Diamond Rio Song

In March, 2005, this song was performed at a Diamond Rio concert. They received an immediate standing ovation, and continue to do so every time they perform it! Sadly, major radio stations wouldn't play it because it was considered politically incorrect. Consequently, the song was never released to the public. If this song speaks to your heart, share it with friends and loved ones. Then let us cease being the silent majority and join together -- not as a particular political party, but as Americans!

You should always check snopes before you post an email that was sent to you, or one of those "Boycott so and so because" threads on discussion forums.

All I was trying to say that the reason why the song didn't garner enough attention was cause myself and apparently the rest of the radio listening world didn't think the song was good enough. If everyone liked it, it would have been on "heavy rotation" at the radio stations.

I'm an active duty Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune (like it says under my name). Since I'm active duty, I leave my profile blank. OVer my years on the net, I've had a few people try to use my profile to contact my command because they disagree with my strong points of view.

And I will leave it at that.

As a side note, you can pretty much find out all about me by looking at my old posts. I have been here since 2002. I just don't post here that often anymore.
