the above article may well be erroneous, in part or totally; then again, sometimes these things are not picked up by the mainstream media until they're "pushed" to do so for one reason or another.

Heard about the former case, don't know about it happening again. I hope not. Thought there was more Court Martialed than just the one. I had heard there was one Lt and 3 or 4 enlisted. Could be mistaken. Was online a few years back and hooked up with a gunny. Told him about the case (as it was in some of the news at the time). He didn't know about it and said he'd been over there. He also said that he was given a blue barret and threw it to the ground, said he was a US Marine and Marines don't wear barrets. I guess everyone else with him followed suit. Maybe they didn't get the Court Martial because they would have lost damn near every Marine in the area.

I'm with you on this, if it's true, I'm agin it!
