Looking for any Gulf War or Operation Iraqi Freedom Marines to post here. Dates units expirences ect. Hoping to get in touch with some old foxhole friends who I dug alot of dirt with and pounded tons of sand...Some of you guys still owe me money but if you post it here I will forgive you of your debts......

I was with WPNS CO 1/7 Task Force Ripper. I had a good laugh the other day while watching the HBO Generation Kill. The way the actors portrayed the Grunts in the Corps was right on target.

Does anyone know someone from WPNS CO 1/7 in the late 80's or early 90's? I am trying to find the old emblem we had on our black PT shirts. There is a new one now and I would like to find the old one so I can get it put on my shoulder. Thanks

Mike who? I was in 1/7 Weapons Company the whole time at 29Palms then Desert Shield then before Desert Storm they split up abunch of us because they needed Machinegunners in the line companies and weapons platoon. I was sent to Weapons Platoon as well. Yeah come t think of it we did have those cool Black PT shirts we wore with our green silky gay running shorts. I was in 1/7ACo Weapons Company Heavy Gunns then Weapons Platoon.
