    The 250-171 roll call Wednesday by which the House passed legislation lifting restrictions on gun ownership in the District of Columbia.

    A "yes" vote is a vote to pass the bill.

    Voting "yes" were 52 Democrats and 198 Republicans.

    Voting "no" were 148 Democrats, 22 Republicans and one independent.

    X denotes those not voting.

    Present denotes those who voted they were "present" at the time of the vote but did not vote "yes" or "no" on the issue.

    There are two vacancies in the 435-member House.

    um... I think you might have read it wrong (or I am), but the 52 Dems & 198 Reps 'yes' votes LIFTED the ban on gun ownership restrictions in DC, a victory for 2nd Amendment rights ...
