Sports?
How many of you are doing sports right now? I am on track for the long distance team. Figured it would help me out quite a bit for recruit training. Not easy with my schedule, but it works out.
Daily Schedule (Weekdays):
0500 > Rise
0600 - 0700 > Rifle Team
0800 - 1435 > School
1500 - 1645 > Track
1730 - 2130 > Work
2230 > Sleep
Whew!

There was a time that I was involved in a ton of sports. In high school I played football, baseball, wrestled, and ran track. Now, I pretty much let other people do all the rough and physical stuff.. I have been cut open enough for one life time. However, I do still shoot competitively and that keeps the juices flowing.

I can't stand the bloody tread mill, and I don't know why people actually like doing it. I mean you run and run and run andr run and you don't go anywhere, what's the bloody point. Plus it's very bad on your knees, very bad.

Is running on the treadmill worse than running on concrete?
I don't like the treadmill cause its usually in the a/c.

Try rowing guys... you might like it... Works out the whole body, and builds more teamwork than any sport I know. If youve try'd it, and thought it was soft. Get a new coach and it will be the type of "youll wish you were never born" get goes. Coxies can be MEAN, I guess I could compair them to a DI (Havnt experienced a DI but I would still compair them to one).
Believe it or not.
I love it.
