any marines that were former high school wrestlers?

i just want to know if they're any on this website and if so how well did wrestling help you physically and mentally at boot camp?

Boot Camp is a whole different animal if anyone tells you that, this type of sport will help or that type of sport will help, they're full of it, it might help physically, but the PFT in boot camp is different as well.
but just be ready mentally, it will be unlike anything you've ever experienced. at least for me, it was.
as well for most people, going from civilian to Military is not as easy as people would think, my wife of 34 years still don't understand why things are done the way they are in recruit training and in the Fleet.
