Medical Waiver's denied

Hello, I know I have made a medical waiver thread question already but this is a little different. So basically my question is if my waiver gets denied and I can't join the USMC, would I be disqualified from all other branches as well? Or would I be allowed to try and enlist in another branch..? If I lied about HGH to another branch would MEPS/Military find out? Just wondering, I won't do that, but I just wanna know these few questions, Thanks for reading and I await a response from someone!

Your MEPS physical,waiver request and everything about you goes into the DOD data base.All branches of the military have access to this information.

Would that just be the MEPS station I went to or ALL MEPS in the US?
