anything that will increase your wind capacity is what will truly help your running.. 9 time out of 10 it isn't that your muscles tire, it is that they're not getting enough Oxygen, so practice on increasing your wind. that will be the big thing.. breathing and not gasping for air..

It didn't do a thing for me...especially when they came after me with that straight jacket.....they told me you can run. But you can't get far.......

Yep, can run but sure can't get away. Cannot run from MP vehicles.

that's why I thought it was real, or a real question, because my Daughter and Son-in-Law have the program, and it worked for them but I could never do it, it is truly insane...lol... or maybe theirs is different, they have the P-90 work out, which is also insane.

What really helped me increase my breathing and running capacity when I was in the Corps was.....trying to run and dodge mortars and AK rounds!
