Secdef to cut 20% of his pentagon staff budget

Pentagon just released that SECDEF Hagel wants to cut his staff's budget by 20% for the 2015-2019 period. Savings expected to be $1.5B to $2B during the 5-year period and will come from military personnel, civilian employees, and civilian contractors. Hagel said the cuts in defense spending are a shared reponsibility from which the top brass cannot be spared.

I notice he's cutting the budget for the most part after he's gone. I'm going to cut my family budget starting in 2050.
