What is the Average Time in Grade for a Reserve 0311 SGT

Looking for a few examples such as ..... these 3 guys in my unit were sgts for xx months... something like that just to compare.

Also If you are a reservist that has active time but NO deployments how bad will that affect your promotion.

Does having a **** ton of MCI's, college credits, and Formal Schools help?

If you are referring to the MCIs and college credits for promotion to SSgt, it helps. SNCO promotion boards look at the "whole Marine concept". Yout RQS alliws you to sell yourself and your qualifications to the Corps (including civilian side). Regarding deployments, depends on the situation. If your unit did not deploy, or you still have good fitreps, then you will Be ok. Plus your IMA billet helps!!
