I use and suggest Weight Watchers Online. It is a great tool to track everything you what through out the day. It is relativity inexpensive, about $16 per month. Drink plenty of water and excersise at a minimum of 30 minutes per day. Start jogging and register for races in your area. For Weight Watchers Online just google it. Good luck, I know you can do anything you set your mind to. Remember, this will be a life long battle for you.. It get harder the older you get so get started now.
