How's Oki treating you up north?

You click on "Forums" up at the top of the screen, in the middle. Go into whatever forum you want (for example, "Open Squad Bay"), and select "New Topic"

It will be a red button on the left side of the screen, just above all the current threads.

Hey how do you make threads?
