I just can't believe I have 11 days! I remember when I was at 50! jeeze it is goin by way to quick! Luckily I know at least 2 girls in the same platoon as me!

It would be pretty cool if we ended up going to the Island together and possibly be in the same plattoon!!!

1.5 Mile Run: 14:25 (with sprained ankles/shin splints)
F.A.H- 40-something secs (didn't quite hear what I got)
Sit Ups: 45
definitely need to work on this, before my ankles messed up I was getting closer to 13 min on my run. and I don't leave until sometime in October hopefully.

Today's IST was AWFUL my worst IST by far!!!
1.5 mile run-13:58
F.A.H- 70 secs (stayed above the bar entire time)
Situps-89( decreased by 25)
I guess this goes to show everyone has a bad day once and a while!
