    I didn't think people on steroids could join the USMC.

    That run time is great. Be forewarned, after seeing this I am going to have to beat it.

    I really want that 18 minute 3 mile. Everything else is good to go for a perfect PFT score.

    i am trying to get at least 15 pullups, 90 crunches, and a 9 min run time by the time i ship, because by the time the PFT comes around in boot camp, I should do alot better than my current stats

    hey all yep been looking at leatherneck for a while but havent really registered yet.. any who my goal ist is 25 pullups 150 situps and an 8:30 1.5 before i leave right now im at 13 pullups i should have 15 in about a week 130 crunches and 9:20 on the mile and a half

    goal is:
    40 pullups+
    150+ sit ups
    8min or less 1.5.

    I figure if I am going to set a goal, it should be something to really strive for and require an extreme amount of effort...

    i dont take steriods. just motivated to become a United States Marine! and our pt every thursday with our recruiters helps a whole lot. im up to 26 now, 170 crunches, and 7:45 1 1/2 mile.

    Hey Firstblood, how'd you get your run time down that low? Sprints? I thought I was makin good progress haha, now I'm just motivated to catch up with you, holy crap. Nice job man!

    100 situps
    18 minute 3 mile, or 9 minute 1.5 mile.

    Since November, I've lost 35lbs, I went from zero pull ups to doing 5 now. I was only able to do 1 pull up at last months Saturday function and I did5 this month. Hopefully 10 by next month. I've got my run time on the 1.5 miles from 13:00 down to 9:45 the other day. I want to be a first class PFTer before I leave on November 8th.
