Reservist and jobs, any luck?

So, any reservist out here that landed a decient job that relates to your mos/leadership abilities.
I just got out of retail (hell), got a job at a small Chase bank making 13/hr and still in school getting my bachelors.
I had a chance to be an assistant manager at a tactical shop for 14-15/hr in socal, but wasn't flexible with school
