Outstanding! You and I are nearly dead even on pullups and crunches, but you're a solid 3 minutes faster than I am.
Do you think you can continue to improve your run well enough to 300 your PFT at the end of Recruit Training? What's your current running regimen? More distance runs, or a lot of speedwork?

Thanks man! I hope i can improve even more on my run time, and one of my goals is to get a perfect PFT...
For training to run a 1.5 mile run you want to run 3-4 miles at a pretty good pace at least 5 times a week. I try to give 85% for the first half of the run and the last half go all out. Also, sprinting will really help too. You can do suicides, just sprinting from point A to point B and back to A, or do pyramids with cones (set up two cones like 10 yards apart and sprint from one to the other 1 time, then do 2, then 3 up to like 10 and then go back down 1,2,3...3,2,1).. It may seem like a lot but thats what I've been doing and works for me, so it can work for you too!.. I hope this helped a little
