    Exclamation i have a question...

I don't know if any of you can answer this... but while writing a friend in boot camp (PI), i had to write "FRP" in parentheses. What does this mean?

Just a guess but I believe it means he is in the "weight" program. He obviously had a few extra pounds to lose and was set back from his original platoon.
It also means he won't be graduating when he thought he would be.

    This is a good question.

One answer I have is it could represent Former/Recycling Platoon. This could mean the recruit was transferred to a new platoon or had been sent to another training platoon. Just a guess. Maybe you should ask the recruit why it is necessary so we can all know the right answer.
