Making some care packages for deployed Marines, need advice.

I just sent two packages to my buddy in Afghan. The most wanted things are snacks. Besides that, I included some paper/pens, a foam football, baby powder/foot powder, and the biggest thing...drink mixes!

And I laughed at the condom joke. Big Al, I guess they have to make sure to cover the M16's, MK19's, and .50cals. LOL

Snacks are big. jerkey, hard candy, dry cookies, and the stupidist things to play with. Squirt gun, that tube of chemicals you blow bubbles with,,,,,,,,,,,,Everything that they can share and joke about.


Also,,,,,,,, Duct Tape. body powder, dice, cards, deoderant, Everything we take for granted.

Sent a bit myself. You can go for quantity in a .99 cent store. Even socks there.

Shet, spent $200 bucks in a .99 cent store once.

You just need to slip them over the rifle barrels to keep the sand out.

Sand in their barrels? Are the women over there really that dirty?

And a former Marine Infantryman who spent some time in Iraq said Condoms and Bacon Salt are two things I should include. I never asked him to explain his reasons. I hear Bacon Salt can make anything taist good, and I figured the condoms where for, well..
Lets just say its no great secret that Marines love to .
