    "Im trying to get into the Marines but am being stalled because of my shoplifting charges when I was 14 and 16. I am now 18 and have not stolen since. I tried to get into the Marines in Jan. and spoke to the C.O. but he wasn't really happy about the situation but neither did he make a decision. So tomorrow I am going back to speak with him, 3 months later..... Any advice on how I can convince this guy to let me into the Marines? Please help, I really want this and have changed from my old self drastically."
