I was in the chow hall today and saw a private straight out of MCT with a fresh USMC neck tat. I was going to say something but im sure everyone else already has. Did the policy change and I just didnt know?

I was at SOI in MRP and a kid came back from libo with a brand on his neck. It was big and right under his ear. He tried to say he got cut in a bar fight, but...cuts don't appear in astrological symbols, nor do they completely heal over in a weekend. After a closed door "discussion", he was charged with destruction of government property and disappeared like a fart in the wind.
