    29 Palms-Ooh-rah!

    I'm sitting here right now in 29 Palms enjoying an Ice Cold Ale and I wanted to say:

    I have spoken with several Marines here and I know a number recently returned from a deployment in Afghanistan. Fantastic work Marines! You are appreciated very, very much! Thanks for your service, you all are the Best that we Marines can strive to be! Best wishes and Merry Christmas!

    I just got out of 29 palms last week. Now stationed at Camp Pendleton. The freezing rain today was horrible haha

    Went to the stumps twice for CAX's, both in the winter. Hated that place.

    I enjoyed my 17 months 66-68 @ 29 stumps training, and then went to Vietnam.My favorite duty station after I got acclimated to the desert.
