    don't sweat it man! go in confident, and if that doesn't work, get behind the guy who can only do 1 or two pull ups, then you'll feel real good when you go haha.

    Just ran my final IST with 2 other guys leaving monday. It was only right that I had to go with a guy who runs a 9:20 when I ran a sloppy 11:30. I passed, so I guess thats all that matters.

    21:50 3 mile

    My goal by the time I ship (as everyones should be) on October 25th is to be able to max the PFT but I would be very happy with just making first class. Got alot of work to do yet...
