I don't work at MEPS, but it doesn't sound like something they will drop you for. Now, if you got a DUI coming home from that party or you raped someone, then you probably won't get in. But if it was just underaged drinking, I doubt they will drop you. Your ship date might be moved back a little so they can document it first, but you should still ship. It's better than fraudulently enlisting- trust me, you don't want that.

Ya i defiantly don't want to get caught lying and face more criminal charges. I would rather just tell the truth and have my ship date be delayed for a little bit then getting kicked out and have no chance of getting back in. Again thanks for all the help i really appreciate it!
