Help with Apartment Available Close to Camp Pendleton

Hello Everyone!!! We are moving to a bigger place with more room for the kids.

We are offering a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom town house that has a balcony as well as back porch. The home is located in Las Brisas complex, about 5 minutes from the gate to Camp Pendleton.

We are looking for someone to takeover our lease (not sublet) that will be good till may of 2010. The deposit is $945.00. Electricity and gas are not included and water, sewer, and trash is $15.00 per resident. A $30 Screening fee per applicant over the age of 18 is required.

The home has central A/C as well as a fridge, stove and dishwasher. There are shared laundry facilities in the courtyard and the complex is gated.
