    Just for grins, anyone remember or still have a set of herringbones? Being tall, at MCRDSD in '65, I was issued herringbones, as my size was unavailible. The DI's were natural born ****ed about that and they did everything they could to find me a set of the newer utilities/fatigues. I did not know until I got out of boot, just what it was I had.
