Cammie Kneepad Inserts?

I never realized or was told that the bdu's had knee pad pockets... Are there inserts out there for them or not utilized?

Yes that pocket is there but we are not the Army, we don't wear stupid $hit in/on or uniforms and we don't call them BDUs.
