Not to long ago I went to change the clutch in my ranger and had to go buy the chilton book to figure it out. Not like I haven't been under a motor before but the cotten picking hydraulic assist on the clutch was made in india and all the other parts were made in Japan. American made my ass.

An older any american made vehicle suits my tastes just fine.
I still feel that a 1978 ford F-150 4X4 was the pinnacle of perfection. I allowed my wife to convince me to upgrade to a newer 2000 F-150 version and have regretted it since then. Between too much with Ford being manufactured in Canada and Mexico. Even the classic American Motorcycle "Harley Davidson" has been for years sporting parts and pieces manufactured in a variety of Nations.
