Yeah my crunches have always been above the requirements and since I hate them and they are above I don't do them much (Bad idea I know). The running I have worked on and it came pretty easy but I did a 10:44 1.5 mile run today. But I can only still do 1-2 pull ups.

Boblasek, my recruiter told me the new requirement for the 1.5 mile run is 12:30.
