A long "weight" for an update
Some of you may know that I am in the process of losing weight ,and since Christmas Eve I have went from 391lbs(it was heavier when I 1st joined this site ) to my current weight of 342 . All in all I have lost close to 60 lbs in about 4 months . I've went from doing ZERO pullups on the pullup machine @ the gym to doing 16 (its a counter balance machine basically it takes away a max of 150 lbs of your bodyweight, so i'm pulling up 198 lbs of bodyweight ) I know I still have a hell of a long way to go but I feel better about things as I go along ,now that being said I do have days that I wonder if I'm good enough to be part of the worlds finest fighting force . But I remember a saying " Earning it everyday " and I know that if I stay strong and focused I will earn it and I will belong .

Outstanding. I did about that many pounds in 4 months time. Not easy, very worth it.
Just think about it, Sometime this year you could be pulling your own bodyweight.
