    Viet Nam in Perspective.

"WE", as Marines, and Corpsmen, did not loose the War, in Viet Nam. Many authors have written the same opinion, based on battles fought, and the number of causalities. It has been recorded, that when the N.V.A., and Viet Cong were killed, wounded, and repelled from their targets, during The Tet Offensive in 1968, "WE", had the North Vietnamese, and The Viet Cong....by the balls, and should have counterattacked, with everything we had, and forced a surrender.

SO.....I personally do NOT want to hear any Marine, or Corpsman, EVER SAY that "WE" lost that war!!!! Pizz poor intelligence, and really lousy Command leadership, screwed up and STILL WILL NOT ADMIT IT!!!!......"WE", are DAM PROUD of our service there, and will NOT take any SH!T about "OUR" performance........PERIOD!!!!!......SEMPER FIDELIS.....DOC GREEK

If they say we lost what the hell is going on over there now?
Look at all the tourist that go there to shop and eat at restaurants.
I personally don't ever want to go back to visit, too many bad memories.

    I don't know.
I don't have any memories that I want to rekindle from over there
They say its such a beautiful country but I told my wife I never saw anything beautiful about that place.
I really get ****ed when these food networks visit and show us what to eat.
All I remember is smelly food and Guts standing on the side of the road wiping there ass with there hands. ****ing into rice patties and so on.
But Loose the War, Hell No!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I think there are even McDonald's over there, probable dog, goat, cat, buffalo meat and what ever else they can find to put on it.

We Vietnam Veterans know we never lost a battle in Vietnam and moreover, it wasn't possible for us to lose the war, with our resources .The hippies and politicians lost the war on main street, while we won the battles in the leatherneck square theater in Vietnam.

think of what we were up against....we were fighting one of the best fighting forces in the world...in their own environment...the beat the chineas they beat the japanes they beat the french armies...they hit and ran and hid from us and we still found them and forced them to fight and when they gave us their all we kicked their behindes
