G Co 2106 11 years ago, day before Thanksgiving for me too. 10 days of leave and back to Lejeune for MCT. It was freezing cold but on the plus side we got out of there earlier before Christmas. Not that it mattered for me, I was checking in for MOS school on Christmas Eve.

2nd Bn G. Co. 2 Jun. '89 YUT !!! If I'm not mistaken on the other side of that brick wall is were my plt. spent a lot of time "playing" in the sandbox. I also recall mattresses flying out of the 3rd deck down to the sandbox. Thanks for the stroll down memory lane. I have to make a trip back the the Island.
