Muriel- "sparkling, shining sea". First used in the Middle Ages.
Good work, Lieutenant and family. The photo looks terrific. Your family has been blessed. Pretty soon you will have the kindergarden rascals, the ones with an allowance, knocking on Muriels' window. Start putting up the concertina wire and setting up the claymores...she is a cutie.
All the best, Lieutenant. It's good to know that one and all are going well.

This truly made my wife's day Shortly after I posted the first pictures, Kim (Marine84) asked if she could send some flowers for Momma and Baby. I figured it would be a few days but .. wow! A mere few hours later, these arrive at our door:
Thanks Kim!
And a current (as of 10 min ago picture):
Thanks for all the kind words and thoughts. I'm one proud happy Pop! And yeah, I know in 12-15 years I'm going to have to worry about all the other little boys, but I'll have help... her big brother!
Thanks everyone!

Marine84 is swift, there is no doubt and she possesses a sensitivity that alot of us hardheads don't. Daisies, carnations? Wow, I can't match her. Would you except a long distance toast with whatever I can afford beer? LOL.
All the best, Lieutenant.

I promised the wife I wouldn't drink a drop of alchohol till she could so I've been a very very sober man these past 9 months.. and will be for a few months more. HOwever... I would heartily appreciate anyone who wishes to to have a drink for me
