Ideas
Sorry I couldn't make the picture bigger, but if anyone here has had trouble with pullups, just keep doing them. I happened to be bored and have access to a wood shop, so I decided to whip this up.
Since this pic, I have made it look nice, stencilled in USMC in red spray paint on all sides and drilled 1-20 notches with a peg to mark my place.
I do pullups every time I leave my house or come home, I am at 18 right now, sure I can hit 19 if I go out right now.

Dude that's sweet! How long did it take you to make that?

About an hour or so. It's just some plywood 2x4s with a metal bar running across. The best part is that if I swing my body too much when executing the exersize, the structure itself will go up on one side, so it helps keep me steady and do a propper chin up.
I just pumped out twenty, going for thirty now before I ship.

Try adding weight to increase your reps. Grab a backpack and fill it with rocks or weights and increase over time. You'll get 30 before you know it.
