Motivational Run on Family Day

Is it true that if a family member that comes on family day is a Marine they are allowed to do the motivational run with you? I heard this from a Marine who ran with his brother back in the late 80s.

As far as I know, thats a no go but if your family member is a Marine then they (or you) should contact MCRD to find out that information when the time is right. It never hurts to ask.

No. The 80's was a long time ago, things change.

There was not a moto run in the 80's. Family day was the Sunday before Friday graduation. We got our afternoon liberty and that is all.
