I want to take this time to thank all of you.

I'm not the smartest, or best of the lot. But, I know real patriots and the valorous, when I see or hear them.

You are the best of the best of America.

I truly love each and every one of you and I thank you, sincerely, from the bottom of my heart.

As long as there are people like you, there will be an America. And, this country cannot exist without Marines.

I will be thinking of you, and those who are young forever, and remember you in my prayers.
