Actually bringing the cell phone to boot camp's not a bad idea after all....That way when they are on their weekend liberty, he can call for taxi to take him to town..

I saw one the other day asking "At boot camp, Do we run on a track?"

I know I asked that a while ago. I asked because my 3 mile run time on a track was 3 minutes faster than running on asphault/shoulder; wanted to know so I could train my speed by running on the right surface.

- Cellphone
- Laptop (So you can find your DIs MySpace.)
- iPod
- Xbox 360
- Porn
- Anything you deem nessescary.

The Marine Corps isn't the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Coast Guard so don't try and compare each boot camp and what they can have. I do know that the Army allowes you to have a stress card incase your drill sergeant yells at you to much and that you can have an iPod/Cellphone during basic training.

I think instead of calling this "Poolee Hall" we should call it "Rumor control" or "Experts only".
