Corporal, everything in yours is correct. From what I read when I did a search "Fraternitas Aeternus" is the "correct grammatical" spelling.

I don't know the USCG motto but I know I wouldn't want to represent them and I did make this motto up I wasn't trying to blend the Corps and the USCG together.
