"Bad Recruit Girl"
So, with all of the time that we all had in FRP, a few of us ladies turned some popular songs into good Marine Corps songs. One of them that I have the full words to is called "Bad Recruit Girl", and it is a conversion of Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl". It's sung to the same beat and everything obviously. I thought everyone might enjoy the fruits of our labour over in FRP Enjoy!
BAD RECRUIT GIRL
A few times I been around that track
so I'll just pass the PFT like that
Cuz I ain't not bad recruit, ma'am (I ain't no bad recruit, ma'am)
Oooh, go to the pit, go to the pit (x2)
Green belts always on my *ss in the squadbay, chow hall, and in class
Quarterdeck you in a minute if you try to act up
So I'm on my face and they're on my case sayin' pain is discipline up and down
That's right by the end of the day we're gonna be all beefed up
A few times I been around that rack
gettin' counted down to get all our trash
Cuz I ain't no bad recruit, ma'am
I ain't no bad recruit, ma'am
Ooh, back to the pit, back to the pit (x2)
Hey there yoohoos better open your face or else we can double time in place
Hurry up and ground your gear to form it up for MCMAP
I'm gonna fight, gonna give it my all, gonna make her fall, gonna rear hand punch her
That's right you better not forget to scream out loud "Marine Corps!"
A few times I been around that shack
so I'm not just gonna snap-in like that
Cuz I ain't no bad recruit, ma'am
I ain't no bad recruit, ma'am
Ooh, still in the pit, still in the pit (x2)
Let me hear you say this pit is amazing
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G
This pit is amazing
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G (x3)
A few times I been popping sticks
so I ain't just gonna let it look like sh*t
cuz I ain't no bad recruit, ma'am
I ain't no bad recruit, ma'am
Ooh, sick call chit, sick call chit (x2)
