Buses?

On my way to work this morning, on the I215 south in the Murrieta/Temecula area I saw atleast a dozen white empty buses that said "United States Marine Corps" on the side. They were heading north on the I215. Where these Buses on there way to pick up new Recruits?

I can't even imagine the anxiety and nervousness that is felt on the bus ride to the Recurit Depo. I felt a very slight bit just seeing the buses pass by and I'm not even close to being a Poolee yet! My hat goes off to all of you Marines, and to all you Poolees about to take that bus ride soon, Good Luck!

I believe that may be rifle range at Pendleton. The recruits don't shoot in downtown San Diego, ya know.,,;]
On the other hand,,,, a bit too far north. Might be pickin up Marines after exersizes at 29 Palms.

Yeah, more likely buses taking troops from 29 Palms down to Camp Pendleton. Recruits get to the depot on civilian transportation.
