This young Marine, only 19 years old died in Iraq. He was from around my area. Saw this story in the paper today, thought I'd share this with ya'll.

2 days ago in the paper they had a 19 yr old Marine who was killed 2 weeks into his tour by an IED.

RIP Marines.

man these IED,s scare the hell out of me....

it's one thing to have someone shooting at you,you at least have some control over that but an IED,you don't know where or when and have no control over it if it hasn't been spotted.

I'm glad vehicles like the one featured on the main page of this site are being sent over.

IEDs are our biggest killer out there. Hell even Green Berets have felt the wrath of an IED. I'm surprised it took this long for MRAP to come out. We needed this **** years ago. But better late than never.
