    Today--Sunday= Sit here in the rec. center on the computer. Go to the gym. Wash some clothes. Square away my deserts for tomorrow. Hydrate since tomorrow we're practicing for a retirement ceremony--and I don't want to die in the heat . Formation at 2045. Shower, sleep.
