I thought I'd add this,

I just started the Armstrong pullup program, at last months IST I did ONLY 2 PULLUPS now I'm up to 6 already as of last night. If you want to improve your pullups, I suggest the Armstrong Program. Just stick to it, and push yourself as hard as you physicly can.
